Nomad Capitalist is a boutique consulting firm that has guided more than 1,500 clients from over 100 countries in obtaining second passports and citizenships, relocating strategically, building offshore wealth structures, and exploring legal pathways to reduce tax exposure.
The firm does not provide specific legal or tax advice, but offers expert insight and strategic resources designed to help clients pursue greater freedom, international diversification, and financial independence.
We must adhere to OFAC regulations (Office of Foreign Assets & Control). We will also soon be adhering to the following standards: KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
There are no hidden costs. Your budget spells out exactly what is included and what is not. Planning and implementation are priced separately: the planning fee covers the creation of your plan, and implementation has its own fee based on the final scope of work.
We do not bill by the hour — fees are fixed and agreed in advance.
We cannot guarantee government, bank, vendor, legal, residency, citizenship, passport, or real estate outcomes with 100 percent certainty. What we can do is help select realistic options, prepare a strong file, coordinate the right vendors, avoid avoidable mistakes, and keep the process moving with the highest possible chance of success.
We adhere to strict GDPR rules and regulations. Client information is treated as confidential and can only be shared with properly authorized people or organizations.
The company has cybersecurity and confidentiality standards covering sensitive and protected information, restricted AI use with client data, access controls, and compliance documentation.
Compliance checks may include screening for risk indicators and escalation if there are signs of tax non-compliance, fraud, or criminal concerns.
We do not look at tax, immigration, banking, asset protection and lifestyle as separate decisions. Unlike a single tax advisor, lawyer or immigration specialist, Nomad Capitalist architects the whole plan: we design the roadmap, bring in the right specialists and make sure every piece works together.
