For purchases made starting January 1, 2015, our refund policy is simple: we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you get the information you wanted. Most purchases are eligible for exchange. However, we do not offer refunds on our products or services.
Because our products and services are highly tailored, we decided to have an exchange-only policy in order to build a community of people who are highly serious about taking action and achieving their goals.
With a historical refund rate of approximately 0.25%, we decided to focus more of our efforts and creating a great experience for serious customers by guaranteeing that buyers get the answers they need.
Here’s how our exchange policy works:
- Physical products may be exchanged for memberships, digital products, event tickets, or consulting services
- Digital products may be exchanged for memberships, physical products, event tickets, or consulting services
- Personalized services, such as consulting, may be exchanged for any product if you have not already used them. We can not refund or exchange services you have already used.
- Live event tickets are transferrable to friends or family but can not be exchanged or refunded
Additionally, if you purchase a product or service and don’t find the answer to a specific question you had, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you find the answers you were looking for personally.
We do NOT assist clients with questionable activity in their home country or overseas, and will not advise you on any such matters, nor can we refund you if you pay us with the intention of receiving such help.
